How does your $0 call-out fee work?
During normal business hours (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday), we don’t charge a fee just to drive to your home in Kenmore or western Brisbane. We inspect the issue and give you a fixed quote before touching any tools.
Can tree roots be cleared without digging up my garden?
In almost all cases, yes! Our high-pressure water cutters slice the root mass flush against the pipe wall and wash it away. Once cleared, we check the pipe with our camera to ensure the joint is stable. Digging is only required if the pipe has physically collapsed.
Do I get to see the camera footage of my pipe?
Absolutely. You stand right beside Rohan at our service van and view the live colour feed on the monitor. You’ll clearly see what caused the clog and verify that the line is completely clean before we leave.
What does your 5-Year Workmanship Guarantee cover?
